About this role

More than 3 billion people use our messaging platforms to stay in touch with friends and family, anytime and anywhere. Our team is building out enterprise B2B marketing experience to help organizations of all sizes and segments implement the full range of Business Messaging solutions through WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram for their core customer engagement use cases. Today, much of this business is managed through our partner ecosystem, a group of technology and reseller firms that lead their own marketing, sales, implementation and success programs with these enterprise clients, with support from Meta. The Partner Marketing Manager will lead the definition and execution of the marketing strategy that drives demand and growth through our Business Messaging partner ecosystem. They will work broadly across all partner types and enterprise Business Messaging solutions to build a framework that aligns to business goals both in the short term and to help drive longer term goals. This role is a strategic leader, working closely with Business Messaging partners, cross functional partners and peers in the marketing team to drive alignment and business growth. Strategies that are measurable, scalable and be aligned to business priorities. This individual will influence yearly go-to-market plans and will have a an understanding of the B2B and SaaS partner ecosystem and go-to-market motions. You will have demonstrated experience using data to develop partner marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and priorities, define new operating models and is willing to execute and meet established goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build marketing strategies for the Business Messaging partner marketing program that drive growth and demand for partner solutions
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration with regional marketing teams working with partners and partner programs
  • Create and deliver partner facing assets to support these demand generation programs
  • Ensure marketing strategy is aligned to cross functional business objectives whilst ensuring stakeholder relationships and management with key cross functional teams
  • Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Partnerships, Legal, and Finance to build and support partner marketing programs
  • Influence broader partner strategy based on insights from the market and from working directly with partners. You should be a trusted advisor to core cross functional teams for partner demand and growth discussion
  • Ensure programs are measurable and measured. Work with data and operations teams to communicate requirements and build these into execution plans
  • Develop benchmarks to help us shape the future direction of the program as it grows and communicate frequently with core stakeholders and business owners


Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of work experience, with 5+ years of partner ecosystem experience
  • 5+ years experience in generating demand with and through partners (SaaS technology sales environment)
  • Demonstrated experience working with international and regional marketing teams in both centralized and decentralized models
  • 4+ years experience working and partnering with global and regional sales teams
  • Demonstrated understanding of measurement techniques and best practices including reporting, dashboards and presenting campaign and program results
  • Prior experience having designed and delivered global partner growth or enablement plans with related business impact
  • Experience collaborating with a variety of internal teams to develop programs
  • Experience measuring the impact of enablement in the partner or sales ecosystem


$152,000/year to $213,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
