✅ What You’ll Do
- Lead software design and development for core product features
- Drive continuous integration and deployment of our platform
- Champion innovation and ongoing improvement in user experience and performance
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and mentorship
- Monitor and support the platform to maintain a seamless user experience
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on integrations
- Implement security and compliance standards (HIPAA, SOC 2)
- Maintain documentation, knowledge sharing, and technical clarity across stakeholders
🧠 We’re Looking For Someone Who…
- Has strong proficiency in React/Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend practices
- Understands APIs and system interoperability (FHIR/HL7 knowledge a plus)
- Has experience with cloud-based SaaS environments and scalable architecture
- Brings deep knowledge of secure coding practices (OWASP)
- Can break down complex problems and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions
- Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
- Enjoys mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development
- Proactively identifies areas for improvement and drives them forward

🌍 Additional Notes
- This role will require occasional travel to the USA and Canada for on-site campaigns, team collaboration, and brand activations. All travel will be coordinated and supported by the Meroka team.
