Your role:
DES is a newly integrated organization combining our Data, Digital and IT functions with our Global Shared Services (GES) organization. To strengthen our cost transparency and accountability, we are establishing an Advanced Cost Management team. This team will act as a strategic and analytical partner to DES leadership—bringing structure, insight, and foresight to our cost base and enabling informed decision-making.
The Senior Cost Manager will set up and develop this new team, building processes, systems, and capabilities that ensure DES fully owns and understands its cost drivers. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both operational controlling expertise and a strong ability to connect financial insights to DES strategy. Establish and lead the Advanced Cost Management team, defining its operating model, processes, and governance interfaces with controlling and cost/portfolio managers of DES functions.
Who are you:
Degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in financial controlling or cost management, ideally in a multinational or IT/shared services environment.
Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
Experience leading teams and developing talent with diverse backgrounds.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to bridge finance, operations, and transformation discussions.
Comfort working in a fast-changing, global matrix organization.
