<br><p><strong>Your role:</strong></p><ol style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" start="1" type="1"><li>Lead marketing team to drive Chemical portfolios’ business in China</li><li>Research and identify business opportunity in specific segment.</li><li>Explore and develop customized workflow/solution to meet segment expectation.</li><li>Monitor the dynamics of market and customer behavior change</li><li>Design effective strategy to seize the business opportunity</li><li>Conduct marketing activities to improve company reputation</li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver excellent customers experience</li><li>Support the realization of China Strategic Development Plan</li><li>Improve marketing efficiency continuously through digitalization</li><li>Foster talent and develop people</li><li>Analyze and report the performance</li></ol><p> </p><p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p><ol style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" start="1" type="1"><li>Education background: Master degree or above, prefer Chemical related background</li><li>Working Experience: Over 10 years working experience in life science marketing role, at least 5-year people management experience</li><li>Language: Fluent English</li><li>Skillset: Excellent presentation skill, data analysis skill, project management skill, change management skill, etc.</li><li>Others: Growth mindset, team spirit, high learning agility, people agility and mental agility, etc. </li></ol><p> </p><br>
