This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for finance and investments, who also thrive in a customer-focused environment. As a member of our customer service team, you will assist clients in navigating their investment inquiries while providing exceptional service in Portuguese.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to investment products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
- Provide detailed information on investment options, performance reports, and platform functionality.
- Assist clients with account setup, transaction processing, and any associated queries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with the investment team to address client-specific needs and concerns.
- Stay informed about market trends and investment strategies to provide relevant insights to clients.
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or Greek is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the finance or investment sector.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and online investment platforms is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
