As a representative, you will assist customers in resolving their inquiries related to financial products and services while communicating effectively in Portuguese.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding FinTech products, services, and account issues via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
- Provide information on product features, account setup, transactions, and security measures.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to online banking and mobile applications.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to address complex issues effectively.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the FinTech industry and the company’s offerings to provide up-to-date assistance to customers.
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the FinTech or financial services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions effectively.
- Proficient in handling multiple inquiries and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred.
