As a representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries in Portuguese, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our cutting-edge products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding AI and technology products and services via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
- Provide detailed product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance on usage.
- Assist customers with account setup, order processing, and technical support as required.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer challenges.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI and technology to inform and assist customers effectively.
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the tech or AI sector.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for technology and eagerness to help customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and general office tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
