• Handle customer inquiries regarding streaming services, subscriptions, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide information about service features, content availability, and troubleshooting assistance.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries and subscription modifications.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately for tracking and follow-up purposes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, new content releases, and updates to enhance customer interactions.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or entertainment industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
