• Handle customer inquiries related to payment processing, account management, and technical issues via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding payment solutions, product features, and troubleshooting steps.
• Assist customers with transaction inquiries, disputes, and account-related concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for accurate follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates in payment solutions to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the payment solutions or fintech industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Capability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
