As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating their financial inquiries and services, all while communicating effectively in Polish.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries regarding FinTech products and services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
  • Provide detailed information on account management, transaction processes, and financial products.
  • Assist customers with resolving issues related to their accounts and transactions.
  • Educate clients on navigating the FinTech platforms and available financial solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve technical issues or service interruptions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the latest FinTech developments to offer accurate guidance.
  • Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the FinTech or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
