Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding digital wallet services, transactions, and features via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about account setups, transactions, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist customers with any issues related to account access, payment processes, and refunds.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address customer concerns and enhance service quality.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and updates in digital payment solutions to provide informed assistance.
  • Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially in the digital payments or fintech industry, is preferred.
