• Handle customer inquiries regarding consumer electronics products, services, and support via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide detailed information on product features, specifications, and troubleshooting guidance.
• Assist customers with order processing, warranty claims, and technical support queries.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to provide the best solutions to customers.
• Stay informed about the latest technology trends and brand developments to offer valuable insights to customers.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer electronics sector.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is desirable.
