• Handle customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and specifications via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about vehicle options, features, and pricing to customers.
• Assist customers in scheduling maintenance services and addressing service inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions systematically in the CRM system for effective tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction efforts.
• Stay informed on automotive industry trends and company updates to better serve customers.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general office software is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
