This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about telecommunications and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in Italian, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth communication experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Provide accurate information on mobile and broadband plans, features, and promotions.
- Assist customers with account issues, service activation, and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for reference and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address customer needs.
- Stay updated on the latest telecommunications products and service offerings to provide relevant assistance.
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to effectively manage inquiries and complaints while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with telecommunications software and CRM tools is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.
- Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
