• Provide comprehensive support to German-speaking learners via email, chat, and phone regarding e-learning courses and platforms.
• Assist students with technical issues, course navigation, and provide educational guidance to enhance their learning experience.
• Proactively address learner inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive and productive educational experience.
• Document interactions and feedback to continuously improve the learner support process.
• Collaborate with instructional design and technical teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Stay updated on course content and platform features to provide accurate and helpful information to learners.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service or educational support roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent learner experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms or educational technology is a plus.
