• Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding food delivery services.
• Respond to inquiries about menus, order statuses, and delivery options in a timely and professional manner.
• Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction rates.
• Document all interactions and feedback in our CRM system to help improve service delivery.
• Work closely with restaurant partners and delivery teams to coordinate services and enhance customer experiences.
• Stay updated on food delivery trends and offerings to provide informed and helpful guidance to clients.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the food delivery or hospitality sectors, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous.
