• Address customer inquiries regarding FinTech products and services via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Provide assistance with account management, transactions, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Guide customers through usage instructions and features of the FinTech platform.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking purposes.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences.
• Stay current with industry trends and product updates to better assist clients.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the FinTech or finance sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.
