This role is designed for individuals who have a passion for digital marketing and a commitment to providing outstanding customer support. As a representative, you will assist clients in German, helping them navigate the platform and address their inquiries.

• Manage customer inquiries related to the digital marketing platform, including account setup, features, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide clear and comprehensive guidance on digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
• Assist customers with technical issues and ensure effective resolutions to enhance their experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the platform and overall customer service delivery.
• Stay informed about digital marketing trends to provide relevant and updated assistance.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the digital marketing or technology sector.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex concepts in a clear manner.
• Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and customer service software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
• Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
