This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about public service and dedicated to assisting customers with their utility inquiries. As a representative, you will engage with customers in Dutch, providing essential information and support.

• Handle customer inquiries related to public utility services, including water, gas, and electricity, via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide accurate information about service options, billing issues, and customer account inquiries.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting service issues and facilitating service requests.
• Resolve complaints and concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Stay informed about changes in public utility regulations and service offerings to effectively assist customers.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in public utilities or similar fields.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer support.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria for this position.
