As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in Dutch, addressing their inquiries related to automotive products and services.

• Manage customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and technical specifications via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle options, pricing, promotions, and financing solutions.
• Assist customers in scheduling maintenance services and responding to service-related inquiries.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer needs promptly.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive industry trends and product offerings to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to inquiries.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
