• Thoroughly investigate reports of safety concerns, employing analytical skills to evaluate incidents and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security and tech departments, to develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings to inform stakeholders and enhance platform safety.
• Stay updated on digital safety trends and emerging threats to proactively address vulnerabilities.
• Engage with users and stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of digital safety measures.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in digital safety, content moderation, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
