Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.

- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for efficient follow-up.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions and improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on company services, promotions, and product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
