• Handle customer inquiries regarding payment solutions, transactions, and service support via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Provide detailed information on payment processing, system features, and fees associated with services.
• Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and resolving payment issues.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex inquiries and enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant assistance.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial or payment solutions sector.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Adept at problem-solving and capable of handling multiple inquiries efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service tools is desirable.
