• Provide high-quality customer service in Czech via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding products, services, and account management.
• Document and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within our CRM system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and address complex customer concerns.
• Stay updated on product offerings, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to clients.

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask effectively and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and online customer service tools is a plus.
