• Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and providing information through various communication channels.
• Assist clients with services, products, and support needs, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system for future reference and quality assurance.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure clients receive timely and efficient support.
• Stay up-to-date about company offerings, industry trends, and local insights to better assist customers.
• Contribute to team goals and participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service quality and efficiency.

• Fluency in Chinese (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or communication roles is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on relationship-building and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and computer applications is an advantage.
