Wage: $21.00 per hour
Hours: 24-30 Hours per week
Benefits: Dental and Medical plan after 3 months
Schedule: Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Retail Territory Coordinator to support day-to-day field execution and ensure operational excellence across assigned territories. This role acts as a key link between the District Manager and Field Representatives, with a strong focus on call completion, problem solving, administrative tasks, and team support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily/weekly call completion and productivity metrics
- Track, manage, and follow up on pended or incomplete calls to ensure timely resolution
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including screening and conducting interviews
- Work alongside Field Reps to redirect, coach and train, as needed
- Serve as a point of contact for Field Reps regarding questions, processes, and expectations
- Help maintain appropriate coverage across assigned territories
- Escalate field issues and trends to the District Manager as needed
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ Years in retail merchandising or retail support preferred
- Prior experience in a supervisory, lead, or coordinator role preferred
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with field reporting systems, excel, and email communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working remotely while supporting a field team across territories
