About this role

<p>We are seeking a talented individual to join our <b>Wealth Business</b> at <b>Mercer.</b> This role will be based in Boston and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.</p><p></p><p>As a <b>Portfolio Implementation Associate</b>, you will take direct responsibility for discretionary client and investment product implementations, collaborating closely with investment consulting, operations, and portfolio management teams. You’ll manage key activities such as account setup, trade instructions, in-kind transactions, and operational risk reviews, ensuring smooth and efficient execution. Providing comprehensive operational support for new client accounts and assisting with ad hoc client requests, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and facilitating seamless communication across teams. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.<br><br>The applicable base salary range for this role is $54,000 to $108,000.</p><p>The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
