About this role
Conduzir demandas “Cross” facilitando a integração e colaboração com outras equipes nas atividades de análise, desenho de soluções, desenvolvimento, testes e implantação. Apoiar a área de produto na concepção das demandas, estudo de viabilidade, estratégias de rollout e decisões. Atuar de forma consultiva junto a área de UX, contribuindo na construção da melhor experiência de usuário para nossos clientes e realizar levantamento das necessidades junto a Produto/UX e documentar as definições. Garantir a elaboração de métricas e utilizá-las para propor alterações nos produtos e para apoiar na sustentação das aplicações. Mentoria e apoio para os colaboradores com menos experiência da equipe para ajudar nas demandas e evolução técnica dos profissionais.

What you'll do
- The role involves leading cross-team demands and facilitating collaboration on analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. Additionally, the engineer will support product conception and work consultatively with UX to enhance user experience.
