About this role
Atuar na análise e no desenvolvimento de novas funcionalidades para serviços de interação por voz, incluindo comunicações em tempo real, unidirecionais e bidirecionais, integradas ao ecossistema do Mercado Livre. Definir, em parceria com equipes especialistas, a arquitetura e o desenvolvimento de serviços escaláveis e resilientes. Realizar manutenção do sistema em produção, apoiando os times de atendimento na correção de bugs. Apoiar os desenvolvedores na adoção e utilização da plataforma. Contribuir com o crescimento técnico da equipe e do sistema, subindo a barra da qualidade de código e das metodologias de desenvolvimento, e garantir a estabilidade e a escalabilidade da aplicação. Saber identificar as necessidades dos usuários e propor evoluções na ferramenta.

What you'll do
- Analyze and develop new features for voice interaction services, including real-time communications. Define architecture and develop scalable services while maintaining production systems and supporting bug fixes.
