About this role
Trabajar en conjunto y movilizar equipos de negocio, locales, corporativos y las oficinas de China y Estados Unidos a fin de acompañar el desarrollo de la estrategia de surtido de productos internacionales para Chile dentro del warehouse de Chile Liderar la estrategia de comunicación de acciones comerciales y de sell out a los vendedores involucrados. Realizar análisis competitivos para detectar oportunidades de abastecimiento, demanda y precios. Dar seguimiento a proyectos e iniciativas de cross border trade Chile, relacionadas a estrategia comercial. Profesional con menos de 4 años de experiencia, desarrollando funciones similares o consultoría, titulado en Ingeniería Comercial, Civil Industrial o carreras afines. Alta capacidad de desarrollar estrategias y una visión integral para anticipar tendencias, analizar el impacto de las decisiones y alinear acciones a largo plazo para maximizar el crecimiento. Perfil data driven, con foco en el uso de datos para la toma de decisiones, uso de herramientas G suite, uso básico de SQL y Python. Inglés Avanzado (excluyente)

What you'll do
- Work collaboratively with business teams and offices in China and the United States to develop international product assortment strategies for Chile. Lead communication strategies for commercial actions and sell-out initiatives while conducting competitive analyses to identify sourcing, demand, and pricing opportunities.
