Poseer manejo de SQL, preferentemente. Contar con disponibilidad para trabajar de forma híbrida en Bogotá con turnos rotativos. Garantizar la experiencia de entrega de paquetes a usuarios y compradores. Monitorear rutas a nivel nacional garantizando el cumplimiento de entregas y tiempos de recorrido. Llevar a cabo la comunicación directa con transportadoras realizando diferentes análisis para el performance de la operación. Sugerir mejoras sobre oportunidades detectadas en las operaciones para optimizar la experiencia de entregas.

What you'll do
- The role involves ensuring the delivery experience of packages to users and buyers while monitoring national routes to guarantee compliance with delivery times. Additionally, it includes direct communication with transporters and conducting analyses to improve operational performance.
