We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team. The technician will be responsible for the McMurray, PA area.
Position Details:
- Complete all assigned work orders professionally and promptly, as directed by the immediate supervisor, to maintain Merakey properties.
- Perform necessary repairs on Merakey properties, including electrical, heating/cooling, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
- Conduct general maintenance repairs and ongoing monthly upkeep.
- Repair and maintain walls, ceiling tiles, and paint as needed.
- Handle desk and furniture repairs.
- Perform lock repairs and maintenance.
Earn $22/hour in this position.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must have knowledge and experience in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Must provide a verifiable high school diploma or GED equivalent.
