- Sourcing experience for consumables, non-trade and trade items.
- Upload weekly forecast or demands based on real customer order and review the MRP
- Review and update Daily backlog shortage report to Sales Admin/Customers.
- Release PO based on correct strategy.
- Make sure PO is submitted for approval and release to supplier after PO is approved
- Work with suppliers on ETD/ETA
- Follow up with Freight forwarders/Couriers on moving the shipment
- Follow up and get disposition from suppliers if incoming materials have defects/ or if defects are encountered at customer end.
- Work on Monthly excess / ageing reporting
