Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Clinical Nurse in Outpatient Ambulatory Services. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase compassionate, evidence-based nursing care skills and make a meaningful impact in our MSK Westchester Outpatient Infusion center.    

 

Role Overview: 

  • Work within a Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Practice Model 

  • Handle a select caseload of patients both Adults and Pediatrics receiving infusions on an outpatient basis. 

  • Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, blood products, and other medications. 

  • Act as part of a multidisciplinary team provides continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up. 

  • Participate in the implementation of clinical support programs to ensure efficient care throughout the healthcare continuum. 

  • Perform patient assessment, offer patient and family education, and symptom management. 

  • Participate in an individualized training/orientation program geared to providing nursing care in an ambulatory setting. 

 

Key Qualifications:  

  • New York State License, BCLS required  

  • 2 years of related chemotherapy experience required 

  • Infusion experience and IV skills preferred 

  • Chemotherapy certification and APHON strongly preferred and consistent with all regional sites 

  • EPIC experience preferred

Pay Range: $18.00 - $170.00

 

FSLA Status: Non-Exempt
