Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our Infusion Team as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients!

Role Overview:

  • The Infusion APP provides patient-centric care in a busy, multi-disease chemotherapy infusion suite, serving primarily adult patients with a small group of pediatric patients.

  • In collaboration with infusion RNs and primary oncology teams, the infusion APP enhances the patient experience by streamlining care and supporting optimal treatment outcomes in an outpatient setting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current New York State Licensure as a

    • Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner or

    • Physician Assistant

  • At least 3 years of oncology APP experience

  • At least 2 years of chemotherapy experience

  • Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications

  • For NP candidates, Family Nurse Practitioner education preferred

  • If internal candidate, acute care and ambulatory care experience preferred

  • If external candidate, experience as an infusion APP preferred

  • Experience with Epic Systems helpful

Additional Information:

  • Schedule: 10 hour shifts, 8 am – 6 pm, Monday-Saturday, potential to provide cross coverage at other sites

  • Location: MSK Nassau, 1101 Hempstead Tpke, Uniondale, NY 11553 & MSK Commack, 650 Commack Rd, Commack, NY 11725

  • Reporting to: Associate Director, APP

Pay Range: $155,500-$197,400/annually
