Job Summary
Responsible for providing and coordinating direct staff education, indirect patient education, orientation training and development of curriculum and individual learning plans and monitoring staff. This position will also support the design, instruction and facilitation of the System RCP Residency program and its new grad participants; including curriculum design and ongoing content development for this clinical discipline across the organization.Minimum Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Respiratory Care, required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
