Summary:

Provides administrative leadership to ensure strategic alignment with the mission, values and objectives of the practice and ambulatory operations and the Healthcare System.

Responsibilities:

Provides assistance to practice and operations directors on compliance and governmental regulations.Collaborate with Physicians in monitoring efficient practice operations and ensures operations are standard.Monitors practice performance and provides support to practice and operations directors to ensure performance standards are achieved.Assist in the development of budgets and reviews financial results with physicians on a monthly basis.
