Melaleuca has multiple immediate openings for Full-Time Shipping/Distribution Team Members in our Distribution Center.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm

      Peak days (4-5 days/month) end at 1:30am

Responsibilities

• Picking and packaging products for distribution - no warehouse searching required, as all items are located directly behind each station

• Visual inspection and auditing for accuracy• Pack and ship products for customer orders in a fast-paced environment

We provide on-the-job training to help you gain the knowledge and experience necessary to ensure your success. Experience in packaging products in a shipping/distribution environment is a plus; however, it’s not required.  

Qualifications

• Dependability with exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to read, write, and follow established operational procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.).
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment on a prolonged basis while maintaining safety and quality.
• Ability to stand or walk for duration of shift.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift.
• Manual dexterity for such duties as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.
• Ability to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shift.
• Ability to climb stairs.
