A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Lead NCMRs/CAPA and complaint investigations
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics such as defect rates (RTY) and NCMR trends, prepare summary reports.
  • Participate in root cause analysis sessions, assist in gathering data and evidence.
  • Maintain quality records, ensure accurate documentation of findings and actions.
  • Participate and lead FTQ events

TECHNICAL SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: An individual contributor with responsibility in our technical functions to advance existing technology or introduce new technology and therapies. Formulates, delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering R&D, systems or initiatives related to new technologies or therapies – from design to implementation - while adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of quality principles and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Knowledge of basic problem-solving tools (e.g., 5 Whys).
  • Experience with NCMRs and complaint related investigations
  • Advanced English
