Payroll Service Specialist responsible for day-to-day payroll operations per documented processes and procedures, supporting several EMEA countries. For this particular position, proficiency in English and/or French language is an essential requirement.


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Validating and processing data inputs for our payroll and time tracking systems

  • Query handling through our ServiceNow ticketing system

  • Support our continuous improvement journey bij further streamlining and centralizing processes

  • General HR/Payroll administrative supporting activities (i.e. process documentation, continuous improvement, provide training, etc.)

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Completed at least 2 years College, Vocational or Bachelor’s Degree in any field

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR or payroll highly preferred

  • Experience with ADP Celergo, CloudPay, or other payroll software nice to have

  • Fluent in English and/or French highly preferred

  • Agile and flexible mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment
