Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based HR Business Partner to join our team in Munich, Germany. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Duties include but are not limited to Employee Relations, Training & Development, Business Partnering and Performance management. 

• HR Business Partnering: collaborate with various functions across Germany and other European countries
• Employee Relations & HR Processes: generate employment contract, manage HR Processes and address employee inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR experience
• Training & Development: contribute to the growth and development of our employees by supporting training initiatives and performance
• General HR Support: Engage in a variety of HR tasks and contribute to impactful projects

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, with a good understanding of employee relations
• Office based role with flexible working arrangements
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Very good level of German and English language is required
