About this role

Job Description

Objetivo General:

Brindar soporte de primer y segundo nivel (hardware/software) a usuarios finales en Medline y asistiendo de manera remota o via telefonica.

Responsabilidades:

  • Registro diario de los diferentes incidentes relacionados a tecnologías de la información (hardware/software) en sistema HEAT asi como su resolución.
  • Soporte a usuario final (troubleshooting hardware/software). Brinda soporte a los diferentes dispositivos de tecnologias usados por la compania en sus diferentes procesos, Tabletas, dispositivos moviles, laptops, PC’s, impresoas, handhelds, etc. Asi como a distintas aplicaciones basadas en Windows.
  • Diagnóstico y resolución de incidentes relacionados con tecnologías de Informacion de usuario final.
  • Crear imágenes en equipos (PC’s y laptops) autorizados por la empresa usando SCCM.
  • Asistir en el inventario de equipo de TI, asi como identificación de activos, números de parte, configuración de información, etc.
  • Asistencia en escalacion de incidentes de tercer nivel o que requieren de participación de de otras áreas de TI en sitio o en oficinas corporativas (Server Team, Network Team, etc.)
  • Participar en proyectos de hardware/software, implementaciones y/o actualizaciones.
  • Solicitud de compra de tecnología (hardware/software) para los distintos usuarios de Medline.
  • Instalación de equipo (hardware y dispositivos de red) bajo demanda.
  • Mantener y vigilar el cableado estructurado de red.

Perfil Profesional

Experiencia / Conocimientos Tecnicos

  • Al menos 2 años brindando soporte a usuario final.
  • Uso de aplicaciones basadas en Windows.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Dispositivos de red.
  • Troubleshooting básico a Windows 7 y Windows 10.
  • Soporte a software basado en Windows como SAP, AS400, Office suite versiones 2010 y 2016.
  • Conocimiento de redes (LAN, DHCP, TCP/IP)
  • Ingles 60% mínimo.

  • Alto sentido de urgencia y responsabilidad.
  • Capaz de dar seguimiento a proyectos de implementación de IT.
  • Enfocado a objetivos.
  • Proactivo.
  • Facilidad de palabra y comunicación efectiva.
  • Disponibilidad de horario, flexibilidad para rotar entre turnos.

Formacion Academica:

  •     Ingeniería en Sistemas, Licenciatura en informática o carrera
