Blending Compliance Operative - AM

Our goal is to continue to&nbsp;scale the business through global expansion, multi-channel distribution, and product&nbsp;innovation.</p><p>Our much-loved products are manufactured in-house and an exciting opportunity has arisen&nbsp;in our Manufacturing site.<br><br>The purpose of the Operations Compliance is to ensure the daily compliance of manufacturing operations and adherence to all GMP and quality checks required within the&nbsp;manufacturing areas. Your role is to verify that all compliance and quality control activities are correctly executed.</p><p>This is an oversight role—you ensure the checks are done, but you do not perform the manufacturing tasks yourself.</p><p>Please note, this role will be <strong>site-based</strong>, <strong>Monday to Friday – 6:00am - 14:30pm</strong></p><p><strong>For this opportunity, we are offering between&nbsp;£28,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.</strong><br></p><p><strong>In more detail your role will include:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Materials Component checks:</strong> part numbers, description, batch numbers, expiry dates, weight checks, scale verification's.</p></li><li><p><strong>Equipment checks: </strong>visual inspections, GMP checks, verification's, calibrations.</p></li><li><p><strong>In process controls: </strong>line clearance, PH testing, viscosity checks, specific gravity, visual&nbsp;checks, odour, temperature, speed.</p></li><li><p><strong>Conformity sign-off: </strong>PH, viscosity, specific gravity, visual, odour.</p></li></ul><p><br><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience working in manufacturing.</p></li><li><p>Experience working in quality control/compliance.</p></li><li><p>Good communication skills both verbal and written.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work under pressure, and to deadlines with strong attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work as part of a small team.<strong><br></strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>About us</strong><br></p><p>Founded in 2009 by UK scientists and brothers, Elliot and Daniel Isaacs, we are a British, B Corp™ certified dermatological skincare brand, globally renowned for our age-defying heroes that deliver results without compromise. <br></p><p>Our mission is to <strong>simplify the route to great skin</strong> through the highest quality, most efficacious and trusted products on the market.
