To oversee the technical team and manage, improve, and optimise the technical operations within the facility. To act as the management representative for quality management, continuous improvement, and occupational health safety related to the engineering aspects of the facilities. The core purpose of this position is to perform maintenance on buildings and equipment to ensure that assets are upheld to their original state.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
NQF level 6 or 7 Engineering qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with Thermodynamics and Electro Technology passed at 2nd-year level, with relevant required experience.
DESIRED EDUCATION
Tertiary qualification in business management / leadership

Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
NQF level 6 with minimum 12 years’ of post-graduate engineering experience with HVAC and auxiliary electrical power supplies exposure.
OR
NQF level 7 with minimum 6 years’ of post-graduate engineering experience with HVAC and auxiliary electrical power supplies exposure.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
2 Years’ experience within a facility management environment
