Minimum Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the United States.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in physical therapy practice.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Board Certification in a specialty area such as Orthopedics, Neurology, or Geriatrics.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Advanced training in manual therapy or specialized rehabilitation techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior physical therapists and therapy assistants.
