About the Role:

The Senior Physical Therapist plays a critical role in delivering advanced therapeutic care to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic conditions. This position involves designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that promote mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function. The Senior Physical Therapist will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal rehabilitation outcomes. Additionally, this role includes mentoring junior therapists and contributing to the development of therapy protocols and best practices. Ultimately, the Senior Physical Therapist is responsible for enhancing patient quality of life through expert clinical skills and compassionate care.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the United States.
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in physical therapy practice.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Board Certification in a specialty area such as Orthopedics, Neurology, or Geriatrics.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities:
