You
You are a strategic and hands-on SEO professional with a strong technical foundation and experience working across global markets. You’re comfortable owning a category end-to-end—from defining the strategy to executing onsite improvements—and you enjoy leading and mentoring a team of skilled SEO specialists.
\n- Own and lead the onsite SEO strategy for a defined business category across global markets
- Identify growth opportunities and initiate new SEO projects at scale
- Analyze performance, report on results, and translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SEO specialists, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration
- Set goals, prioritize initiatives, and delegate tasks to ensure successful execution
- Contribute to the evolution of internal SEO tools, automation, and workflows
- Stay ahead of SEO, search, and digital marketing trends in a constantly evolving global landscape
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, including experience as an SEO Lead or in a senior SEO role
- Strong hands-on experience with onsite SEO for large or complex websites
- Experience working with international or multi-market SEO strategies
- Solid understanding content SEO, and performance analysis
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring team members
- High level of data literacy and the ability to turn insights into action
- Familiarity with SEO tools, automation, and custom or in-house solutions is a strong plus
