Job Description

Are you a people-first leader who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment?

We’re looking for a passionate and organised Practice & People Leader to join our growing team at our Brendale clinic. If you love supporting people, building strong teams, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the role for you.

 About the Role
As the Practice & People Leader, your primary focus is supporting the well-being, engagement, and productivity of our clinical and client services teams. You’ll work closely with leadership to foster a culture of positivity, kindness, and teamwork, while also ensuring operational and performance targets are met.

This role works to clearly defined KPIs, and you will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and reporting on KPI performance across both the Practitioner and Administration teams, ensuring all team members are supported to meet their individual and clinic-wide goals.

What We’re Looking For
To be considered for this position, you’ll ideally have several years of experience in an HR/Admin role or leading a team of 20+, with demonstrated people management experience. You’ll also bring:

  • Proven people management skills, including regular check-ins and 1:1s
  • Experience in monitoring performance and supporting teams to meet KPIs
  • A self-starter mindset with high emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work autonomously while staying connected to the team
  • Strong delegation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • An assertive yet patient communication style
  • Commitment to learning and developing new skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities
  • Respect for cultural diversity and differing abilities

In short: a people champion who’s also a wizard at getting things done

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm:
Flexible options available, including: Increased hours Monday–Thursday with a half-day Friday, or A 9-day fortnight
