Meal Ticket is a rapidly growing cloud-based SaaS company for the food & beverage hospitality industry. Our product is managed and developed in Raanana, Israel, and our headquarters is based in the USA, with a globally spread client base.Our tech stack is mainly hosted on Azure using tools like Redis, various queuing systems, k8s, VMSS, app services, MSSQL and MYSQL. Our applications are written with C# using .net framework & .net core.


What You Will Do

  • Support and manage scalable infrastructure on Azure. 
  • Build and support our Internal Developer Platform.
  • Design, develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues within the MarketMan infrastructure, while suggesting and implementing improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (developers, product owners)
  • Improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) automation and monitoring.
  • Maintain and enhance platform logging and alerting.
  • Work with different technologies and tools including: Azure, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, MSSQL, MySQL, Mongo, .NET libraries supporting the platform, DataDog, and other internal tools.
  • Think outside the box, continuously pushing for improvements and optimizations.


What You Will Bring

  • 2+ years hands-on experience with cloud services, Azure preferred.
  • Experience with containerizing services and managing containerized deployments.
  • Experience in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment strategies.
  • Database administration experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools like Cursor & Claude Code
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • A problem-solving mindset, ownership mentality, and a passion for innovation.
  • Understanding of web development fundamentals.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • A team player with strong social and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience with .NET development in C#
