About the Role
As an Operations Associate, you will support the Operations & Quality Control Supervisor by executing daily operational tasks and maintaining accurate project and sales information. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, internal workflows, and sales pipeline visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution & Workflow Coordination
- Maintain accurate Monday.com boards, tracking project progress and task status
- Prepare weekly operational updates highlighting delays, capacity constraints, and resource needs
Documentation & Administrative Support
- Document action items and maintain organized project records
- Support the creation and maintenance of SOPs and process documentation
Process & Technology Support
- Perform routine tasks in tools such as Monday.com and HubSpot
- Ensure data accuracy and support adoption of operational tools across teams
Finance & Project Budget Coordination
- Track project hours, deliverables, and milestones
- Support budget adherence and operational performance visibility
Sales Operations Support
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and completeness
- Conduct initial lead qualification and prepare detailed lead profiles
- Manage follow-ups to keep the sales pipeline organized and moving
Communication & Client Support Coordination
- Prepare meeting notes and follow-up summaries
- Track completion of client action items to ensure timely execution
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 1+ year of experience in operations, project coordination, administrative support, or sales operations
- Experience in professional services, consulting, legal, or tech environments is a plus
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
