
About the Role
This is a hands-on design role focused on execution and quality. You’ll create polished presentations, social media assets, and clear, professional visuals for reports and insights. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fast, and comfortable working within brand guidelines—while continuously raising the bar on design quality.
What You’ll Do:
• Design and improve executive, sales, and marketing presentations
• Create digital assets for LinkedIn and X (posts, carousels, banners, infographics)
• Develop clean layouts, strong typography, and clear visual hierarchy
• Transform complex information into easy-to-understand graphics
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials
• Maintain and organize shared design assets and templates
• Collaborate closely with marketing and business teams
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 1–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (in-house, agency, or freelance)
✔ Strong portfolio showcasing presentations, social media, and infographics
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint / Keynote
✔ Excellent layout, typography, and attention to detail
✔ Ability to work from briefs, manage feedback, and meet deadlines
✔ Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Nice to Have:
• Basic animation or motion graphics
• Experience with B2B or professional/financial brands
• Understanding of data visualization best practices
